Who we are

About Complete Care Training

We build CPD accredited training for the people who deliver adult social care across the UK.

Our mission

Changing how the care sector learns

The science of how adults learn has moved a long way. Most training in the sector has not. Our mission is to close that gap: to take the methods that demonstrably work, like active learning and storytelling, and use technology to put them within reach of every care team, on any device, at any hour a shift allows.

What drives us

Our core values

The four principles behind every course we publish and every decision we make.

Excellence

Every course is written and reviewed by qualified care sector assessors, and updated when legislation moves.

Integrity

We say what a course covers, plainly, and we stand behind every certificate we issue.

Inclusivity

Built for every shift pattern, every device and every learning pace.

Practicality

Training has to survive contact with a real shift. If a lesson does not help someone do the job, it goes.
